Why not just use a cloud drive?
Need an enterprise records platform with workflow engines, e-discovery and a per-seat licence? Buy one. Need a shared drive with everything in it and no way to find a client's file? You already have one. Need the portal, the numbering and the retention record for one small firm? That is the product.
